SITUATION (All times GMT):
One area of low pressure is off NE coast of Scotland with another low now west of Ireland with a warm front moving into SW England. This low deepens tonight and moves east to be off the eastern Coast of Scotland by mid day Sat. A series of fronts will pass the Solent tonight. Overnight Saturday a weak, temporary ridge of high pressure will be through the central channel with a very deep low approaching Biscay and SW England. By Monday 0000 UTC this is a very intense low over Cornwall. Monday mid day the low is centred over the North Midlands.
ADVICE:
Sir, As you can see from the forecast, the whole period looks pretty bad with heavy showers and periods of heavy rain accompanied by gales for much of the time. A very rough 4 days indeed.
