Terms & Conditions

1. All forecasts at or booked via this website are copyright Weather Consultancy Services and must not be reproduced in anyway without the express permission of Weather Consultancy Services.

2. Forecasts are to be used for planning purposes only and do not replace forecasts which you may be require to obtain through other sources.

3. NEVER use just one forecast source, always take at least two forecasts.

4. Book Ahead Forecasts
All forecasts are for planning purposes only. You must check forecasts as required by your activity and NEVER take a forecast from just one source.

5. Aviators must not use these forecasts on the day of flight and must check Forms 214/215 as well as relevant TAFs/METARs before flight.

6. Sailors must check the latest shipping and inshore waters forecasts.

7. Turnaround: If you order a forecast between 7am and 5pm, we will usually aim to reply to you within 2-hours. If you order between 5pm and 7am we will normally reply by 10am the following day. In exceptional circumstances these replies may be delayed, for example due to workload.

8. Forecaster telephone backup: You are entitled to talk to our Duty Forecaster once on the day that you receive your forecast. To do this call 01902 895252 and quote your receipt number at the start of the call stating that you used the Book Ahead System

9. Charges: The cost for the forecast are as detailed on your receipt. Your credit/debit card will be charged once the forecast has been emailed to you.

10. Email address: You must check that your email address is correct as refunds cannot be given for incorrect emails.

11. Cancellation: You can cancel a forecast at anytime, provided it has not been issued or written by the forecaster. If it has been written, although not issued, you will be entitled to a refund of 50%.

12. Weather Consultancy Services reserve the right to refuse a forecast request.

13. Data
To the best of our knowledge, all data supplied is correct. However, there may be occasions when incorrect data is made available. In these circumstances we will aim to rectify the situation as soon, or offer a full refund.
